How a session works.
Each session begins with a short discussion and an assessment. We agree a treatment plan, check your comfort throughout and review the result before arranging any follow-up.
What I work on
- Neck, jaw and desk-related tension
- Low back and hip pain
- Sport and repetitive-strain recovery
Pressure and comfort.
Pressure and treatment areas are agreed before we begin and checked as the session goes on. You can ask for a change, a pause or a stop at any time.
About the studioWhat a session can cover

Where the discomfort is, what affects it and how massage may fit alongside your other care.
Training and recovery
Appointments planned around a training schedule, with a few self-care suggestions to discuss.
Desk-related tension
Neck, jaw, forearms and mid-back tension that builds through a working week.
From the first appointment onward.
- 01
Assessment first
A short review of history and range of motion before any hands-on work begins.
- 02
Treat and re-test
Treatment is carried out in stages, with a re-check after each one.
- 03
A plan you can keep
A short self-care plan and a discussion of whether another appointment is needed.
A few common questions.
Will it hurt?
Treatment stays within a level of pressure you are comfortable with. Tell me if anything is uncomfortable and the pressure or approach can be changed.
Do I need a referral?
A referral is not needed to book. Some extended health plans ask for one before reimbursing, so check your policy.
Book an appointment.
Ask a question or book a first session at a time that suits you.
